We have scuba diving gear for you to rent or buy when you join us at the local lakes for some fresh water diving. Lake Jocassee and Lake Keowee provides great local diving, or the Florida springs during the colder months. Dive trips can be around the world with your imagination being the limitation.

A day within July 13 till 20th, 2024
Murrells Inlet, SC ... The City of Richmond wreck from what we could find it was a 250 steel-hulledferry, a five deck passenger ship that sank during a storm while being towed to the Virgin Islands. Some of the structure is may still be intacted.
Give us a call, this will be a quick one charter, then have some after dive drinks, always fun!!!

Geographically located in the upstate of South Carolina provides Foothills Scuba with an excellent vantage point for all types of scuba diving. Whether it be the clear water quarries of Tennessee, that is just over an hour away. Or, the amazly beautiful, warm water springs of Florida, there is always a fun and exciting dive sight waiting for you.
Winter time is some of the best diving and that‘s when it gets exciting. Dry-suits and warm weather gear provides you the protection from the elements, while you experience nature like you have never seen before. The weather conditions may be frigid outside, but we are as comfortable as can be with the right gear. Ask use about getting Dry-suit certified, we have limited dry-suit rentals.

Discovering Scuba lets someone try Scuba diving out. Within a controlled environment and with a trained professional, you can experience the fun and exciting underwater world.
Open Water Certification provides the diver with the basic skills and knowledge to dive in open water conditions. Whether it is the ocean or a lake, the diver will have shown that they are proficient in their skills and knowledge to dive without supervision.
As the open water diver progresses, they may would like to challenge themselves, or their diving skills. Advance training provides the Scuba diver additional training that expands the already gained knowledge of diving. With different interest the diver can acquire various amounts of training. This training can vary from wreck diving to navigation. Each level / course provides the diver with additional skills that can be applied on that next dive trip!!
As you continue your dive training with us, you can seamlessly transition to an advanced diver. Ask Foothills Scuba staff about this great opportunity.
